Softball
Well softball season is about to start up here at Camp Arifjan. I went to practice yeasterday and we found out that we will be splitting up into two teams. One team is going to have the twelve best players from our roster so we can try and win a tournament on the seventh of November. The other team will be the twelve that I guess you can say aren't that good. This team will primaraly be for fun. I kindof want to be on the fun team because it isn't as competative. You are out there to have fun. If you win a few, awsome. If not, no big deal. So far they have me playing Left Center and First Base. I have never played infield before until last night. I must say it was a new experience. I thought I did farely well, and hope to play that position on either team I am asssigned to. Well until next time this is Billy Static signing off.

I was never much into sports, or competition for that matter - but I would agree with you when saying that the "fun team" would be cool to play on. When I actually did play, I played for fun, not winning. Although it's all in good fun, that's what sports are about. =)
